Remove the actuator from the bracket and disconnect the power or air source. Before disassembly and disassembly, the ball valve must be checked to ensure that the pressure in the ball valve's upstream and downstream pipelines has been relieved.During disassembly and reassembly, care must be taken to prevent damage to the sealing surface of parts, especially non-metallic parts. When removing O-rings, use specialized tools. The bolts on the flange must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly during assembly.
